Paint Students Goin Art'so!
Well...it happens from time to time, like blood in shark infested waters, something just triggers that rare and unique moment. It might be just a tad of accidental paint on someone's hooded sweatshirt.
Next thing you know...the poor innocent victim of poor paint management is pounced upon by predators of the deep!!!
A moment of silence for Tawnee Kerner please...

Senior Class Trip- Virgin Islands
As I receive photos from others, I will add or edit but to
start this off...here are a few. Quite an adventure, and
good to be home all safe...and perhaps all filled with a
better idea of life on the other side of the world!
Here was our home for seven days, the Carnival Glory,
2600 guests, 1,000 crew and staff from 60 countries to
serve us...
Here is a view from the 10th deck overlooking "Lido"
deck and you see there wasn't much for anyone to do
to keep us busy! (Just kidding)...
Let's see...there was mini golf, volleyball courts, ping
pong, a running track, night clubs, disco, an arcade, a
half-dozen restaurants, an all night grill, all night pizzaria,
a mini-mall of high end watches and jewelry (Gucci, Rolex,
Lambourgini) perfumes and colognes, tuxes and formals,
books; half-dozen swimming pools and whirlpool areas, the
sun bathing decks, music/band groups throughout all
areas, and oh yes...there were scratch basketball games,
and once again...our fighting Kellys at work-
Then...there was this grand palace theater, and lo and
behold, Jimmy and Stephen are called up on stage to take
on a couple break dancing guys. Sorry for the blurred pics,
but hard in this lighting to get best shots...still, you see here
that Jimmy and Stephen are discussing their strategies for
their turn coming up...
...and a minimal effort on one of the losing dancers to
applaud the unanimous win (determined by audience
applause) given over to Jim and Stephen for their
winning dance efforts!!! Way to go Jim and Stephen!
That performance wasn't the only Kelly presence on the
ship to gain recognition...as Joe Renkas shows here,
sitting with his Carnival Glory trophy and folded cloth
napkin/towel, having won the ship's towel folding
competition. Each night we were treated to uniquely
folded towels by our waiter staff, and our room
attendants. Joe was astute enough to pay attention and
figure it out. When the contest came up, Joe stepped
up and strutted...or, um...folded his stuff!
Many wonderful beaches and sites to see at each of
our port of calls, from Nassau, Bahamas...St. Thomas,
such as this picture of Magen's Bay beach, one of the
top ten rated beaches in the world...
...and St. Maarten. Here you see a group picture of
those that participated in the St. Thomas Magen's Bay
Beach excursion, our ship docked along with Carnival
Liberty seen in the distant background...
So...we have returned, starting out with 27...and
coming home with 27... *whew! And...as I get more group
photos and unique candid pics from others, I will add on
to this post's reporting...and with that, finally we come to
say...best of luck seniors in all future endeavors!
